The amount of reimbursement will take into account the amount of your
expenditures, the grades you receive on your completed courses, the number of
participants in this program and their expenditures, and the amount of
available scholarship funds at the end of each term. This award may cover more
than one term based on availability of funds. We cannot guarantee availability

are available only for courses taken at an accredited institution of higher
education approved by the Snook Foundation Scholarship Committee.
Should you be awarded this scholarship, you will be responsible to provide
receipts for tuition, fees and books and a transcript or equivalent record of
your successful completion of the courses attempted for the prior term. It
is your responsibility to provide the required records within 30 days of the
completion of the term.
Scholarships awarded by the Foundation are subject to certain conditions of
enrollment, usage of scholarship funds, maintenance of minimum grades, and
certain other criteria. Conditions of award will be explained in a letter to
the chosen recipients. Acceptance of funds by the recipient will constitute
acceptance of the terms of the award. All awards are made in good faith by the
South Baldwin Education Foundation, subject to receipt of funding by the
sponsoring business, organization, individual or other sponsoring entity. The
