Applications are accepted only from:

a) Qualified high school seniors currently attending Foley High School, Robertsdale High School or Gulf Shores High School in Baldwin County, Alabama.

b) Alumni of Foley High School, Robertsdale High School or Gulf Shores High School in Baldwin County, Alabama, who are currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate studies at a qualified post-secondary college or university.

c) Applications from full-time college graduate students will be accepted only from alumni of Foley High School, Robertsdale High School and Gulf Shores High School.

d) Applications for part-time college graduate students will be accepted only from individuals living and working or contributing to the economy of the former Gulf Telephone Service area. The applicable Scholarship Committee shall be the final and only authority as to whom is eligible.

Acceptance of the application does not mean that a scholarship will be awarded to the applicant or that the applicant will even be considered for a scholarship.
